Technology support delivered in your own home, or over the phone. Hands on assistance, friendly, patient service, no sales agenda and individualized attention are the hallmarks of Got Gadgets service.
How Got Gadgets can help:
Many things can get between you and the successful use of your computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. We can help you with:
· Selecting and installing hardware and software, creating back-up and restoration plans, networking multiple computers in your home or small business, and installing security.
· Setting up e-mail accounts, calendaring systems, building and maintaining basic web-pages.
· Finding and restoring lost files, removing viruses, trouble-shooting e-mail problems, installing drivers for printers and setting up peripheral equipment.
· Understanding and using digital cameras, desk-top publishing, digital photo manipulation, photo-printers.
Fee Schedule:
Telephone conference:
· $30.00 first half hour; $15.00 each additional 30 minutes.
On-site:
· $45.00 first hour, $15.00 each additional 30 minutes.
Methods of payment:
Telephone conferences will require a credit card. On-site can be cash, check or credit card.
