Location:  The basic needs are access to power, easy access to the photo area, 8-10 foot ceiling clearance, and about 20 feet in front of the background.

Background:  The basic theme decorations will be done by your event chairman or committee. We do have access to some catalogues that can help you with decorations.

Promotions:  Promotion is basically your responsibility but to aid in this we can help with some posters for your use. The posters will highlight the event, illustrate the photography, location, time & Date.

Couples, Singles, & Groups: We will photograph couples, singles and groups. The size of the group will be dictated by the area. The group will be charged different than the singles and couples. Each person in a group must order a minimum of one half unit.

Pricing:  Our pricing structure is easy. Everything is based on preset packages.

All the packages (units) are priced at $14.00 per package. Half units are priced at $7.00.

Half units can be added to any package. Half units cannot be ordered by themselves except in the group photograph.

Fund-raisers: My recommendation is for the school to use this opportunity to raise funds for anything needed at the school, or any cause you wish. My cost is the base price you determine the actual selling price. You retain the earnings above the base price.

Delivery: The packages would be delivered to the school within 7 to 10 days. They will be packaged in clear front envelopes, reorder forms will be included for easy re-order directly from TNT Photography.  There will also be a list of orders to verify delivery. Each photograph will have the event name or slogan up to three lines at the bottom of the photograph. We will mail any package for an additional fee of $2.50 shipping & handling.
